Gra a) Zakłócanie porzadku nadmiernym spamowaniem w miejscu publicznym takim jak depo, jest karane banem. b) Używanie kanałów publicznych niezgodnie z ich przeznaczeniem karane jest banem. -Trade - oferty sprzedaży, kupna oraz oferty współpracy, -Game Chat - rozmowy dotyczące gry, -Guild Leaders - rozmowy dotyczące zbierania innych gildii do walki, c) Wykorzystywanie i ukrywanie błędów serwera/gry dla wlasnego zysku jest karane w zależnosci od stopnia błędu. Uzyskiwanie zysku z błędu gry może zakończyć się banem na IP. d) Jakakolwiek działalność na niekorzyść serwera jest karana. e) Podszywanie się pod Administracje Helysia.pl lub innych graczy jest zabronione. f) Wszelkie nadużywanie MC (używanie więcej niż 5 postaci z tym samym IP w celu np. wyczyszczenia expowiska, zabicia danego gracza) będzie nagradzane banami na postacie. Próby obejścia bana poprzez używanie VPNa nie jest akceptowane i będzie skutkowało usunięciem wszystkich postaci. g) Utrudnianie innym graczom dostępu do jakiegokolwiek miejsca na mapie karane jest banem chyba że w danym miejscu aktualnie jest walka war/pk. h) Obrażanie członków administracji na jakimkolwiek channelu karane jest banem na konto. i) Celowe zamykanie graczy w domkach jest karane banem. j) Domki nieaktywnych graczy są czyszczone automatycznie jeżeli gracz nie logował się co najmniej 7 dni. k) Udostępnianie lub rozpowszechnianie danych osobowych innych graczy lub administracji będzie zgłaszane odpowienim organom, dodatkowo w związku z rozporzadzeniem RODO administracja serwera udostępnia organom śledczym dane osoby rozpowszechniającej. l) Przeszkadzanie podczas gry w kasynie jest karane ostrzeżeniem - 3 ostrzeżenia = ban na 7 dni. m) Roszczenia do osoby będącej w administracji, która czerpie lub czerpała korzyści finansowe dzięki swojej pozycji należy zgłaszać na nexe@Helysia.pl. n) W sytuacji gdy postać nie jest logowana co najmniej 7 dni trafia na listę nieużywanych postaci do kupienia. o) Obsługa serwera nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za przedmioty stracone z powodu crashu serwera lub cleanu mapy. 3. Administracja a) Problemy z administracją serwera należy zgłaszać poprzez wbudowaną funkcję Report Rule Violations. Aby jej użyć, należy w grze nacisnąć jednocześnie przyciski CTRL + R lub nexe@Helysia.pl. b) Administracja nie ma obowiązku odpisania na zgłoszenie, ktorego treść nie jest napisana poprawnie. c) Administracja nie zajmuje się teleportami, pomocą w questach, czy też tworzeniem przedmiotów. d) Administracja nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za straty graczy spowodowane ewentualnymi błędami serwera lub gracza. e) Podawanie nieprawdziwych dowodów, które mogą przyczynić sie do jakiejkolwiek kary drugiego gracza jest surowo zabronione. Administracja ma wgląd w logi serwera. f) Gracz ma prawo odwoływać się od decyzji administracji pisząc w grze na ctrl + r, koniecznie popierając się dowodami. W innym przypadku, tłumaczenia są ignorowane. 4. Hacki a) Za przedmioty stracone przez hacka administracja nie odpowiada. b) Administracja nie pomaga w odzyskiwaniu kont, do tego służy Recovery Key. c) Administracja nie przypomina Recovery Key. 6. Handel a) Zabrania się handlowania postaciami za prawdziwe pieniądze, grozi za to usunięcie konta, a postać trafia na aukcje postaci. Dotyczy to także domków, przedmiotów oraz punktów. b) Administracja nie angażuje się oraz nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za wszelkie transakcje dokonywane przez graczy. c) Zabrania sie wymiany itemami oraz postaciami pomiędzy serwerami innymi niz serwery Helysia.pl. d) Całkowicie zabrania się handlowania kontami, postaciami lub przedmiotami w grze za prawdziwe pieniądze. 7. Accounts a) It is forbidden to create characters with names (nicknames) that: - Insult any member of the administration or regular players, - Are long and meaningless combinations of letters, - Have an incorrect format (e.g., many repeating letters like "Bboosskkii"), - Impersonate an official server position, - Contain too many spaces, dashes, etc. (e.g., "B o s s k i", "B-o-s-s-i-k"). Players with an invalid name will receive a namelock. 2. Gameplay a) Disrupting order by excessive spamming in public places such as the depot is punishable by a ban. b) Using public channels for purposes other than intended is punishable by a ban: - Trade – for buying/selling offers or cooperation requests, - Game Chat – for discussions about the game, - Guild Leaders – for organizing guild alliances for war. c) Exploiting or hiding server/game bugs for personal gain is punishable depending on the severity. Attempting to bypass bans using VPNs is not tolerated and will lead to deletion of all characters. g) Blocking access to any part of the map is bannable unless there is an active war/PK in that area. h) Insulting any member of the administration on any channel is punishable by account ban. i) Intentionally trapping players in houses is punishable by a ban. j) Houses of inactive players are automatically cleaned if they have not logged in for at least 7 days. k) Sharing or spreading personal information of other players or staff will be reported to the relevant authorities. In accordance with GDPR, the server administration will disclose the data of the offender to law enforcement. l) Disrupting casino gameplay will result in a warning – 3 warnings = 7-day ban. m) Complaints about staff members gaining financial benefits from their position should be reported to: nexe@Helysia.pl. n) Characters not logged in for at least 7 days will be added to the list of inactive characters available for purchase. o) The server staff is not responsible for items lost due to server crashes or map cleans. 3. Administration a) Issues with server administration should be reported using the in-game Report Rule Violation function (CTRL + R) or via email: nexe@Helysia.pl. b) The administration is not obligated to respond to improperly written reports. c) The administration does not assist with teleports, quests, or creating items. d) The administration is not responsible for player losses due to server or player errors. e) Submitting false evidence that may lead to punishment of another player is strictly prohibited. The administration has access to server logs. f) Players have the right to appeal administrative decisions via CTRL + R in-game, but must provide evidence. Otherwise, the appeal will be ignored. 4. Payments a) All payments on the server are voluntary. b) There are no refunds for purchased premium points. c) By purchasing points on Helysia.pl, you agree to receive product-related information from Helysia.pl. Trading a) Trading characters for real money is prohibited and may result in account deletion. The character will then be listed for auction. This also applies to houses, items, and points. b) The administration does not participate in or take responsibility for any player-to-player transactions. c) It is forbidden to trade items or characters between servers other than Helysia.pl servers. d) Trading accounts, characters, or in-game items for real money is strictly forbidden. 7.
